Little man imitates all that we do. One of the most adorable is when he imitates us exercising. He is a huge fan of yoga and he and I will frequently do yoga together. His current favorite pose is three-legged dog.
Every once in a while Kirk and I will try to do a quick HIIT workout in our living room (the only open common space we have). Jaisal has now taken to trying to do the workout with us. While his jumping jacks and other activities could use a little work, his burpees look great. :)
