Jaisal's been showing more interest in playing with other kids. I mean at the park he always follows around the bigger kids and imitates them. He looks forward to certain play dates and says he wants to see certain friends. But all of that pales in comparison to his girlfriend Sahana (or Hana as he calls her).
After playing at the park, we told the kiddos that we needed to head home because it looked like it was going to rain. Sahana held her hand out for Jaisal to hold and HE TOOK IT! They also had a conversation about the rain. I mean it was pretty much just them repeating what they'd heard us say about the clouds and rain coming but they were talking to each other and not us. That was a first for us and Jaisal.
All 4 parents were smiling and laughing giddily at their interaction. It was awesome.
If you look further ahead in the picture, you'l see some trees to the right past the benches. Well I guess Jaisal wanted to look at the trees, so he kept holding Sahana's hand and dragger her over. They didn't let go until they decided it'd be funny to fall down in the grass and then do a money walk. We were all beyond amused.
We also got Jaisal on his first zipline that day. Kirk and I were totally amazed at how strong he was. Those little arms are secretly packing some heat. :)
We had to tear him away from the park, mostly since we were afraid that he wouldn't recognize muscle fatigue and would fall from the line after too many trips.
