This summer is Jaisal's first summer break from school. I was really excited to get to be home with him for the summer, but my ambition to do things may have exceeded my memory of what is involved with caring for a newborn. Nevertheless between camps and maybe a bit too much TV watching, I think the kiddo got to have lots of fun this summer.

There may have also been some not so fun moments. No, that's not a black eye. Jaisal is super reactive to bug bites. It made for some long itchy nights where the kiddo couldn't sleep.
We also had to squeeze in a dentist visit. Jaisal actually didn't cry and let the dentist look in his mouth. This is HUGE progress from our last attempt a few months ago. Love my not so little guy.
