Jaisal's elevated numbers went back down. The nurses are choosing to believe his elevated labs from two weeks ago were due to his cold. They gave us the okay to STOP the steroid. WOO HOO! Labs again next week. If his numbers don't go up, we'll be down one more med!!!
On an odd note, parents have talked about how being on steroids made their kids crazy. Temper tantrums, overly angry, etc. Jaisal being the contrarian that he is has been a total 2-year old since getting off his steroids. Lots of yelling and tears when he doesn't get his way. Throwing, everything. It's tantrum city and all while not having steroids in his system. The kid is never predictable. That's for sure.
