Another Weekend, Another Visitor

Our fabulous friend Katherine was in town this weekend and all three of us got to spend some quality time with her. Jaisal really took a shine to Katherine, letting her hold him and even dancing for her. Katherine tried to teach her fellow big-handed, long-fingered brethren how to do jazz hands and spirit fingers but he didn't quite pick that up (thankfully :)).

With so many of our friends having moved away, I love when they're in town and get to spend time with us and also Jaisal. I really want him and them to get to know each other, and Katherine set aside a ton of time to see all of us. We loved her visit and want her to come back again really soon!

Unfortunately I was a bad parent and forgot to take pictures of Jaisal with his Aunt Katherine, but we managed to get a few other pictures of the little man over the weekend.

Happy to have his books.

Jaisal's become quite the little builder lately.

And of course, he takes joy in knocking over his buildings.
