That has become one of my favorite words in the last year. We were discharged from the hospital earlier today and are home. Yay! It turns out that Jaisal did not have a drug-induced fever or a liver infection. He had a good ol regular viral infection that kids get called Roseola. I'm not happy that we spent almost a whole week in the hospital over a viral infection, but am glad that it is nothing more serious.
No word yet on a potential transplant date. I am hoping we get some news tomorrow, but until then, we're all going to enjoy sleeping in our own beds.
