The surgeons are closing Jaisal right now. We'll probably get to see him in an hour. Dr. S was happy with the surgery. Jaisal didn't bleed much and his bowel and spleen were in good shape. The only downside is that they had to work with two bile ducts instead of one, increasing the risk of bile leaks now and strictures later. Overall the surgery went smoothly and took just over 6 hours. We can't wait to see our little man!
