Puzzle

From all outward appearances Jaisal is doing great. He is eating and playing and generally in a fabulous mood. Even his respiratory rate is improved. Today though his heart rate has been problematic. His average heart rate keeps creeping up and no one has any idea why. Cardiology has said Jaisal's heart is working fine. But no one can tell me why his heart is suddenly working even harder and what potential issues may arise if it keeps working at this pace for a prolonged period of time. Rounds should be fun tomorrow morning.
